Using LinkBox, you acknowledge that all data obtained through the service remains the intellectual property of LinkBox, and you agree to attribute URL Rating and LinkBox.top to any publication or distribution of such data.
You need to provide your valid email address and any other information requested to complete the subscription process. You need to provide a valid email address in order to become a registrant. It is your responsibility to keep your account and password secure. LinkBox cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to meet this security obligation.
When you register your LinkBox account, you give us permission to send email notifications to the email address you specified when you registered. These email notifications may include: updates to the LinkBox toolkit, tips and tutorials on how to use the LinkBox tools, promotions, and system messages. Please note that you can opt-out of any of these emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email we send you. We can send emails by using our own mail service or a third party service such as MailChimp or Intercom.io.
You have to be human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automatic methods are not allowed.
Depending on the plan you choose to subscribe to, you will be entitled to a different set of features and/or different restrictions.
LinkBox has no obligation to provide you with a refund at any time. For your payments, you have 48 hours after the transaction to request a refund, but please note that we reserve the right to decline this request if we see high activity in your account during this time.
LinkBox reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the service under the following circumstances: The customer violates these Terms of Use; The Customer deviates from the normal models of use established by the LinkBox services; The Customer is trying to damage the reputation or normal operation of linkbox.pro; LinkBox receives a request for user rights violation from law enforcement agencies. Customer's cancellation of service implies that all obligations in respect of data received by linkbox.pro services that are subject to these Terms are valid.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove features or functionality and may suspend or stop the Service. You may stop using our Services at any time, although we will regret that you left. LinkBox may also stop providing the Services to you or add or create new restrictions to our Services at any time. LinkBox users agree that LinkBox is not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The Service may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because LinkBox has no control over such sites or resources, users acknowledge and agree that LinkBox is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, does not endorse such sites or resources, and is not responsible for any content, advertising, or other materials available from such sites or resources. Furthermore, users acknowledge and agree that LinkBox is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or related in any way to the use of any such content, goods or services available at any such web site or resource.
WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKBOX IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, INCOME OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS OR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXCEPTIONAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. In all cases LINKBOX will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not intentionally caused by the linkbox. The services and information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

We may change these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Service, for example, to reflect changes in legislation or changes in our Services. You should review the terms on a regular basis. However, changes relating to new features of the Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. They do not create any third-party rights for the beneficiaries.
